广大外来投资企业、在遂商协会（机构）、广大遂商：
       过去一年，遂宁经济稳中有进，呈现高质量发展态势。全市地区生产总值1345.7亿元，增长8.1%、居全省第2位；规上工业增加值增长9.8%、居全省第6位；全市引进到位国内省外资金462.59亿元，同比增长7.91%、居全省第3位；引进投资亿元以上项目107个，投资金额1098亿元，其中100亿元以上项目5个，50亿元以上项目8个，10亿元以上项目21个，招大引强创历史新高。在此，谨向一直以来关心支持、热情参与遂宁经济建设发展的你们，致以最衷心的感谢。
      逆水行舟用力撑，一篙松劲退千寻。面对突如其来的疫情，广大外来投资企业、在遂商协会（机构）、广大遂商充分发挥"责无旁贷，舍我其谁，迎难而上"的奉献精神，立即响应、大力支援、捐款捐物、保障运行，以大爱击退疫情，以行动助力防控。在此，谨向包括你们在内，积极投身新冠肺炎疫情防控阻击战的社会各界人士，致以最崇高的敬意。
      疫情就是命令，防控就是责任。当前，疫情形势依然严峻，遂宁市委、市政府认真贯彻落实党中央、国务院的决策部署和习近平总书记的一系列重要指示精神，按照省委、省政府的要求，采取一切有效措施，扎实做好疫情防控工作，坚决遏制疫情蔓延势头。我市经济合作系统认真抓好各项防控工作落实，立足自身职能，全力以赴做好相关工作。广大外来投资企业、在遂商协会（机构）、广大遂商，我们也时刻心系你们，对同样经历疫情冲击的你们，表示最诚挚的慰问！
      疫情虽险恶，却终将被征服，形势虽严峻，但终将过去。希望大家坚定信心、沉着冷静、科学应对，在继续尽己所能支援全国、全省、全市疫情防控工作的同时，严格落实各项防控措施，做好检疫查验和员工健康防护，有序组织复工，防止发生疫情。

To foreign investment enterprises, the business association (institutions), the businessmen in Suining :
       Over the past year, Suining's economy has made steady progress and presented a high-quality development trend. The city's GDP reached 134.57 billion yuan, up 8.1% and ranking second in the province. Industrial added value increased by 9.8%, ranking 6th in the province; The city has introduced 46.259 billion yuan of foreign and domestic funds, with a year-on-year growth of 7.91%, ranking the third in the province. It has introduced 107 projects with investment of more than 100 million yuan and totally invested 109.8 billion yuan, including 5 projects with investment of more than 10 billion yuan, 8 projects with investment of more than 5 billion yuan and 21 projects with investment of more than 1 billion yuan. Here, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all of you who have been interested in supporting and enthusiastically participating in the economic construction and development of Suining.
       Boating against the current needs your powerful support, without your helping it will retreat thousands of miles . at the moment of the sudden epidemic, the majority of foreign investment enterprises, the association (institutions)in Suining, the Suining businessmen give full play to the "Responsibility,who but myself can do it, Rising to the challenge" spirit of dedication, immediate response, strong support, donations, ensure the operation, with great love to repel the epidemic, with actions to help prevent and control the epidemic. Here, I would like to pay my highest tribute to all the people from all walks of life, including you, who have been actively involved in the fight against the new type of pneumonia.
       The epidemic is the command, the prevention and control is the responsibility. At present, the epidemic situation is still serious, Suining Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Government earnestly implement the decision and deployment of the  Central Party Committee, the State Council and a series of important instructions of general secretary Xi Jinping, in accordance with the requirements of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, all effective measures have been taken to effectively prevent and control the epidemic, and resolutely curb the spread of the epidemic. Our economic cooperation system pays great attention to the implementation of various prevention and control work, based on their own functions, to do a good job. The majority of foreign investment enterprises, the business association (institutions) in Suining, the majority of businessmen in Suining, we have always taken good consideration of you,and express our sincere condolences to you who are experiencing the same outbreak!
       Dangerous as the epidemic is, it will be eventually conquered. Grim as the situation is, it will eventually pass.We hope that all of you will be confident, calm and scientific in your response. While continuing to do your best to support the national, provincial and municipal epidemic prevention and control work, we will strictly implement various prevention and control measures, do a good job in quarantine inspection and employee health protection, and orderly organize the resumption of work to prevent the outbreak of epidemic.
       We must stick to our faith at this hard moment,and closely unite around the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,to help each other and face difficulties and join hands and march forward together to overcome the epidemic, to achieve a new win-win stories!
